Brendon Bellerose

I’m Brendon. I find where AI actually helps your business.

My AI agents and I research the tools, test them, and show you the few worth your time. You pick what fits. Nothing gets forced on you.

Book your AI Review

I know what it’s like to do everything yourself.

I ran a business with a team of 10 for four years, and from 2018 to 2022 I did all of my own marketing. I know what it’s like when every job lands on you.

Since 2022 I’ve done marketing for other companies: websites, lead forms and follow-up for roofers and home service businesses. I’ve helped more than 10 businesses grow, and I’ve watched good leads go cold while the owner was up on a roof.

Since 2024 I’ve also been a partner in a home service business, running its marketing. So I know the phone that rings in the middle of a job.

Now I bring all of that to real estate agents, with AI doing the heavy lifting and me checking every piece of it.

How working with me goes, step by step.

  1. You book an AI Review.

A short screen-share call. Nothing to prepare except one recent lead you can pull up.

  2. We look at your business together.

You rate ten areas, from lead flow and follow-up to past clients, content and listings. We trace that one lead from first contact to today, and look at where your week actually goes.

  3. You pick three jobs you want off your plate.

I send a short written summary afterwards. It’s yours to keep whether or not you go further.

  4. If you want the full picture, I build your AI Work Plan.

One deeper session, then my AI agents and I research every area and hand you a written plan: what to do first, a 30/60/90-day roadmap, templates and checklists. If it doesn’t give you at least three things worth doing, you don’t pay.

  5. Then it’s your call.

Do it yourself with the plan, have us set it up with you, keep me as your monthly AI partner, or have me train your team. Or nothing.

My AI agents do the digging. I check everything. You decide.

My AI agents
Research tools, read the fine print, compare options and draft the plan.
Me
I review every recommendation before you see it, and test tools on my own business first. I built the calling and AI assistant system I use on my own calls every day.
You
You approve anything that reaches your clients. Nothing goes out unless you’ve read it and said yes.

What’s behind my AI agents.

They don’t start from zero.

A year of real estate research
Over 5,000 transcripts from realtor podcasts and training videos, plus tens of thousands of agent comments, so we know what agents actually say, worry about and need.
A library of over 50,000 notes
Marketing, sales, psychology and business, kept up to date so my AI agents find the right idea fast.
Playbooks and notes
Written playbooks for each job, and notes on past decisions, so every project builds on the last one.
And me
I check every recommendation before you see it.

What I won’t do.

  • 01Sell you a CRM or lock you into software.
  • 02Connect anything to your email, phone or client list without your OK.
  • 03Promise you deals, numbers or “10x”.
  • 04Make you learn tech words to get value.

Three things I believe about AI.

Most AI tools are noise.
A few save real hours. My job is knowing which.
AI shouldn’t replace you with your clients.
It should clear the admin so you have more time for them.
Start with one job, not ten tools.
Pick three things to take off your plate, do those well, then decide.

More than 10 businesses helped to grow.

Here’s some of the work: websites, lead forms and follow-up, plus our own apps.

Fair questions.

Straight answers before you book.

Who is this for?

Solo agents and small teams who know AI could help but don’t have the hours to figure out where. I’m in Toronto and work with agents across the GTA and Calgary.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. If you can use your phone, you can use what we set up. We start with what you already have.

I already have a CRM and a bunch of tools.

Good. Often the fix is using what you pay for better, not buying more.

Are you selling me software?

No. I don’t sell a CRM or a tool. I tell you what’s worth using and help you set it up if you want.

How much of my time does it take?

One short call to start. If you go further, one deeper session and a few screenshots. My AI agents and I do the rest.

What does it cost?

Nothing to buy on the AI Review. The AI Work Plan is one fixed price, which I tell you on the call. No monthly contract.

Will anything sound like a robot to my clients?

Anything written for your clients is built from your own words, and you approve it before it goes out.

My brokerage has rules about AI.

Then we check them first and work inside them.

What happens to my client info?

Nothing connects to your email or your clients without your OK.

Is AI going to replace me?

Not the part your clients pay you for. It can take the admin and the busywork.

Why not just watch YouTube and do it myself?

You can, and the plan shows you how. Most agents just don’t have the hours to test every tool. That’s what my AI agents and I do every day.

What if it’s not useful?

Then you’ve spent one short call, and you keep the summary.

Use AI where it actually helps your real estate business.

Start with an AI Review. You pick three jobs AI can take off your plate and get a short written summary, whether or not you go further.
