The jobs AI can take off your plate.

Follow-up, listings, content and admin. We start with what you already pay for, show you what’s worth doing, and only build what you ask for.

You keep a short written summary either way, or ask us to plan the rest.

Sound familiar?

  • A lead messages at 9 at night and hears back tomorrow.
  • Your past clients haven’t heard from you since closing day.
  • Content eats your Sunday.
  • Everyone says “use AI”. Nobody says which tool.

What AI can do in each area.

The ten areas we look at, with one example each. Our AI agents research every area; Brendon checks every recommendation before you see it.

01 Lead flow and funnel
We follow one real lead from first contact to today and find where it went quiet.
02 Website and online presence
What a buyer or seller sees when they look you up on a phone, or ask an AI assistant for an agent.
03 First reply and follow-up
Replies drafted in your own words, ready for you to read and send, so no lead waits hours.
04 Past clients and sphere
Personal check-ins, home anniversaries and market updates, without losing your Sunday.
05 More leads with AI
Researching likely sellers in your area, and turning what you know about your market into local content.
06 Scripts and call research
Know who you’re calling and why before you dial, with scripts in your own words.
07 Content planning
A month of posts planned in your voice, from your own listings and area.
08 Listing presentation
Listing copy you check, floor plans, honestly labelled virtual staging, and a pitch that shows sellers your plan.
09 AI agents in your business
Which admin, scheduling and research jobs an AI assistant can handle, and which tools are hype.
10 Brand and client experience
Updates during a deal and after the keys that feel more personal, not less.

How it works, one step at a time.

Stop after any step. Each one is useful on its own.

AI Review

Yours to keep, whether or not you go further.

What happens
A short screen share with Brendon. You rate the ten areas, we trace one recent lead and you pick your top three.
What to bring
One recent lead you can pull up. Nothing else to prepare.
What you keep
A short written summary after the call, whether or not you go further.

AI Work Plan

One fixed price, which we tell you on your AI Review.

What happens
A short intake, one deeper session on your business, then our AI agents research every area and you get your written plan and a walkthrough.
Money back
If the plan doesn’t give you at least three things worth doing, you don’t pay.

Build it, if you want

Do it yourself with the plan, or have it built.

Do it yourself
The plan gives you or your team the steps, templates and checklists.
We build it
For example: follow-up set up in the tools you already use, a content routine, an AI assistant for admin, or a private AI that knows your listings and scripts. Quoted in writing before anything starts.

Make it stick

So it keeps working after the first week.

Monthly AI partner
A monthly review: what to do next, what to skip, what changed in AI. Quoted in writing before anything starts.
Training
Two hands-on sessions for you or your team, on your own work.
Other sessions
One-off sessions on AI, marketing or your brand. Ask on your AI Review.

Before you book.

Straight answers to what agents ask us most.

What does it cost?

Nothing to buy on the AI Review. The AI Work Plan is one fixed price, which we tell you on the call. Anything we build is quoted in writing before it starts. No monthly contract.

How much of my time does it take?

One short call to start. If you go further, one deeper session and a few screenshots. Our AI agents do the digging.

Do I need new software or a new CRM?

No. We start with what you already pay for. Often the fix is using it better, not buying more. We don’t sell software.

Will AI message my clients?

Only if you want it to, and only with words you’ve approved, built from your own.

What happens to my client information?

Nothing connects to your email, phone or client list without your OK. On the AI Review, you just share your screen.

My brokerage has rules about AI.

Then we check them first and work inside them.

Why not YouTube, my brokerage’s tools or a coach?

You can, and the plan shows you how. Most agents don’t have the hours to test every tool. We do that every day, and only point you to what fits how you already work.

I already pay for AI tools I don’t use.

That’s common. We start with what you already pay for and show you how to use it, or whether to cancel it. Often the fix is using it better, not buying more.

I’m a new agent.

Then the AI Review is a good place to start: you’ll see which few AI tools are worth learning first. The full AI Work Plan is most useful once deals are coming in.

I’m on a team.

It works for solo agents and small teams. If someone shares the decision, bring them to the AI Review.

What if it’s not useful?

If the plan doesn’t give you at least three things worth doing, you don’t pay.

Start with the AI Review.

Four short steps, about a minute, then pick a time.
